Aaron Kepler

Associate/ Youth Pastor
Pastor Aaron is a home born Iowan, raised in Iowa City loving the Hawkeyes. Coming to faith in Christ in high school, Aaron pursued his undergrad in Religious Studies at the University of Iowa. Following that, Aaron got his Master's degree from Denver Seminary. Aaron's heart is set on the people of God, in wanting to feed, clothe, and build up the body of God's people. Be that through a history lesson, bbq'ing up brisket, cheering on the Hawk's, gaming, or finding and playing with the nearest dog. Aaron believes in living the fullest of life in Christ with others. Pastor Aaron is happy to chat anytime.

Bev Baldwin

Church Ministry Manager
Bev was born and raised in Iowa Falls. God blessed her abundantly with her husband, Jeff. They chose to raise their family where they grew up, to be near their parents. The blessings continue with their two grown children and fur baby. Savanna is married to Nolan and they live in West Des Moines with their puppy, Pal. Spencer has his own home in Iowa Falls. Olive is their Teddy Bear/Zuchon dog, who keeps them on their toes, for sure. In her free time, Bev enjoys walking, thrifting, crafting, & spending time with family. Growing up in the church, faith has always been important to her. That faith really started to grow through motherhood and counsel from Christian friends. The Baldwins joined the FCC family in 2011, after their search for a Christ-centered church. Bev has been an active member, helping with Vacation Bible School registration for many years. Recently, she was installed as a Deaconess. Helping others has always been a strength for Bev, from working retail, to being a stay-at-home mom, to her various assistant roles. She is excited to serve God and First Christian Church in this position.
